DMCA & Content Removal Policy

1. About TVDOUGA

TVDOUGA is primarily an indexing and search service for third-party video and media websites.

TVDOUGA indexes publicly available information and links from external websites. Our service may display search results, references, URLs, titles, thumbnails, or other indexing information associated with content available through third-party websites.

TVDOUGA does not operate as the original hosting provider for the underlying videos or media referenced by these results.

2. Third-Party Websites

TVDOUGA may index or reference publicly accessible pages from third-party websites, including, but not limited to:

• https://www.twidouga.net/jp/realtime_t1.php
• https://twivideo.net/?realtime

These websites are independent third-party services. TVDOUGA does not control their servers, databases, content, media files, hosting policies, or removal procedures.

3. TVDOUGA Does Not Host Videos or Thumbnails

TVDOUGA does not host the underlying video files. We do not upload the videos to our servers and do not operate a video-storage or video-distribution service for the underlying media.

TVDOUGA also does not intentionally host or maintain copies of third-party video thumbnails, images, or other media files as an independent media-hosting service.

Any media associated with an indexed result originates from an external website or external content provider. TVDOUGA's function is to index, reference, and provide links to information available from third-party sources.

4. DMCA Copyright Complaints

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that material referenced by a TVDOUGA result infringes your copyright, please understand that TVDOUGA is not the host of the underlying media.

TVDOUGA cannot remove the original video, thumbnail, image, or other media from a third-party website's servers.

To request removal of the original material, please contact the third-party website that hosts the material directly.

If the third-party hosting website removes the underlying material, any corresponding indexed link on TVDOUGA may subsequently become unavailable or invalid.

5. Removal of Indexed Links From TVDOUGA

Although TVDOUGA does not host the underlying media, we may be able to remove or disable a corresponding indexed result or link from TVDOUGA.

If you would like an indexed URL removed from TVDOUGA, please send your request to:

Please include the following information whenever possible:

• The exact TVDOUGA URL you want removed.
• The URL of the third-party page containing the underlying material.
• A description of the material concerned.
• Your name and contact information.
• For copyright complaints, information reasonably demonstrating that you are the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Removal of a result from TVDOUGA only removes or disables the reference on TVDOUGA. It does not remove the underlying material from the third-party website.

6. CSAM and Illegal Content

For material hosted on a third-party website, reports concerning the original material should be made directly to the third-party website or service hosting that material and, where appropriate, to the relevant law-enforcement or child-protection authority.

TVDOUGA can only address the presence of a corresponding indexed link or search result on our own website. We cannot remove the original file from a third-party server.

Please do not email, upload, or otherwise transmit suspected CSAM or illegal media to TVDOUGA. When reporting such material to us, provide only the minimum information necessary to identify the TVDOUGA URL or indexed result.

7. What TVDOUGA Can Do

• Review reports concerning URLs and indexed results appearing on TVDOUGA.
• Remove or disable an indexed link from TVDOUGA where appropriate.
• Review reports concerning potentially infringing or prohibited content referenced by our indexing system.

8. What TVDOUGA Cannot Do

• Remove the original video from a third-party hosting website.
• Remove a thumbnail or image from a third-party server.
• Delete content from a third-party website's database.
• Control the servers, databases, policies, or removal procedures of third-party websites.
• Guarantee that removing an indexed result from TVDOUGA will remove the underlying material from the internet.

9. Third-Party Content and Services

TVDOUGA is independent from the third-party websites and services that may be referenced by our indexing system.

The availability, accuracy, legality, ownership, and removal of material hosted by third-party websites are matters controlled by those respective websites and content providers.

If your goal is to permanently remove the original material, you should contact the website that actually hosts the material.
